Applet Instructions

1. First, select an amount to bet.
2. Next, select the player you wish to bet on or tie.
3. Then, click the deal button to deal out the initial 4 cards.
4. If you or the dealer is able to recieve another card, click the hit button.
5. Finally the hand is complete, refer to step one for the next round.

   Baccarat Rules

6. At any given time, a player will have a maximum of 3 cards.
7. Any person may wager on either the banker, the player, or a tie.
8. Player bets are payed out 1 to 1. Tie is paid 8 to 1.
9. The object of Baccarat is to get a hand that totals 9.
10. The players must follow special rules which dictate when they must draw or stand.
11. A hand with two cards that totals 9 is a natural and cannot lose.
12. A hand with two cards that totals 8 is also a natural.
13. A hand with a double-digit score has the first digit dropped.
14. Aces are worth 1. Face cards and tens are worth 0.
